Unless otherwise agreed in writing before work begins, completed websites may be featured within The 57 Tabs Method portfolio, website, social media channels and marketing materials.
Confidential work.
Where confidentiality has been agreed before the project begins, your website and associated materials will not be shared publicly without your written permission.
What you own.
Upon final payment, ownership of your business content, branding, logos, imagery and other client-supplied assets remains entirely yours.
What The 57 Tabs Method retains.
The 57 Tabs Method retains ownership of its design process, reusable code, development framework, templates and deployment workflow used to create and manage client websites.
Website credits.
A discreet website credit may be included where appropriate unless otherwise agreed before launch.
